“Christmas 2011 Prize Draw” - Terms and conditions

Simply sign up to view the Sonic8 Autumn 2011 catalogue at www.sonic8.com/catalogue between 24/11/2011 and 24/12/2011 and you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win Sonic8 products of your choice up to the total value of £500! (Subject to terms & conditions stated).
The following terms and conditions apply:

• Entrants must be residents of UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Islands, aged 18 or over, not employees (or members of their families) of Sonic8 Limited, Anthem Publishing or anyone connected with the draw.
• Prize draw is open to anyone who signs up to view the on-line edition of the Sonic8 Autumn 2011 Catalogue between 24/11/2011 and 24/12/2011.
• By giving Sonic8 Limited your email address, you are agreeing that you are willing to enter into future correspondence with Sonic8 Limited but acknowledge that you will be provided with the option to opt-out of future marketing communications. Note that Sonic8 Limited will NEVER pass on or share your personal information with any 3rd-party.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. 
• Winner of the “Christmas 2011 Prize Draw” will receive products to the total retail value of £500 (inc. VAT) to be selected exclusively from the Sonic8 brand portfolio as shown in our catalogue. Delivery of the prize will be free-of-charge, however, should the winner be located outside of the UK, any local customs & duty charges involved in the import of the prize will be the winner’s sole responsibility.
• The prize may change at any time. 
• The prize and products selected are subject to availability.
• The prize is only valid for one year.
• Registrations received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete registrations and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions. 
• Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary. 
• All entries to be received by 24th December 2011. 
• Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. 
• The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random by a third party on 28th December 2011 and will be notified within seven working days.
• The winner agrees to take part in future promotional activity. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• The names of the winner will be made available for up to 28 days after the draw date to anyone sending their e-mail address to whowon ‘at’ sonic8.com (replacing ‘at’ with @) in a message with the subject heading ‘Christmas 2011 Prize Draw Winner’.
